Howard and Charlyne Lane are former residents of Apollo, PA.. Prior to
their full time work with Native American Indians They ran a family
business specializing in residential construction. It was in the midst of
this daily routine that they sensed God drawing them to use their talents
and energies to give young Native American boys and girls a chance for a new
and satisfying life, just as He had done for them. Because they are
committed to serving Him with their whole hearts, they answered with a
hearty "YES." The Lanes gained great experience working with the Sioux of
Rosebud Reservation in South Dakota where they served for four years.

| Through weekly "Kid's Club" and "Junior
Club" meetings, the Lanes were able to expose the youngsters
of the Reservation to the truths of God's word, show them a
model of Christian Living, and bring them face to face with
the transforming love of God. Now the Lord has called them
to take that success to the southern plains of Oklahoma. In
Oklahoma they have been diligently working for over two
years to gain the trust of the people, make friends, and to
see what the Lord is doing in these communities. God is
beginning to move mightily in the Native American people,
preparing them for world evangelism. Howard and Charlyne are
prepared, willing, and excited to move with Him. |
